THiNC® Control
THiNC® is Okuma’s Windows XP-based CNC machine control. THiNC harnesses the power of Windows technology to make the control more interactive in both the manufacturing and business environments of today’s machine shops.

THiNC is a highly reliable, easy to use control system capable of integration with new generations of software and hardware technology.

Intelligent by Application
As computational power continues to increase and costs decrease, OKUMA machine tools will become more intelligent, more flexible, more adaptive to changing conditions and requirements, more fault tolerant, easier to program and use - in short, more productive and independent of human intervention. THiNC gives customers this power today and in the future!

OKUMA ADMAC
With ADMAC Parts software, you have everything you need to program your Okuma lathe and verify your tooling from your desk using the power of the Okuma CAD/CAM system. ADMAC Parts with One-Touch IGF-XL lets you generate 100% error-free design codes that produce accurate parts the first time.

ADMAC Parts software combines part programming, virtual system checks and project data management, including tool lists, process sheets, and part drawings, in a total programming solution for your high technology machining needs.

TSUGAMI SS-20 Swiss Turn - Midwest Introduction

Designed specifically for short cycle times and premium performance, the SS-20 achieves a new standard in Swiss capabilities.

Key features include a modular tool zone with up to twenty-five (25) resident tools, a Fanuc 31i-A dual path CNC, 220mm (8.67”) of stroke, and the most rugged fine ground cast iron base in the industry. The TSUGAMI SS-20 easily handles cross and face milling, drilling, and tapping as well as angular drilling, thread whirling and polygon turning.

A unique modular tooling system offers the perfect combination of capability and flexibility. The SS-20’s standard main spindle configuration includes seven turning tools, five cross rotary tools, and five ID tools, while the standard sub spindle configuration includes four ID stations, two face drills and two cross rotary tools. Rapid changes to the configuration of main and sub spindle cross rotary, ID, and turning tools can be made, allowing for the efficient machining of a greater variety of parts. Thread whirling, polygon turning and angular face drilling operations are possible with an adjustable face tool attachment.
