The successful candidate will coordinate all the activities of the service and applications departments as it relates to internal and external customers, parts department, administration and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of service coordination experience in a distributor environment. Must be able to work independently and have excellent customer service and effective telephone communication skills. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

Job duties to include:

1. Work closely with service and applications managers
2. Schedule services department engineers and maintain work schedule
3. Collect, maintain and create reports of all service reports and time sheets
4. Create proposals when necessary, acquire purchase orders, process and prepare information for invoicing
5. Take all phone calls from customers, service engineers, application engineers and suppliers pertaining to the services department
6. Maintain recording of vacations, sick days, etc……
7. Work closely with parts department and administration
