Preventive Maintenance Technician (Chicago, IL) – CNC Machine Tools

Morris Midwest is a machine tool distributor of high quality CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, grinders and CMM’s.  Our business has opportunities for a Field Service Engineer residing in the greater Chicago area.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of field service experience either with a machine tool builder or distributor.  A factory maintenance technician would also be considered.  Electrical, control and mechanical knowledge a plus.  Duties to include installations, field service (both electrical and mechanical),rebuilds and PM’s.  Must be willing to travel throughout our territory, work independently and have excellent customer service and effective communications skills.   To find out more about us, visit our web site at www.morrismidwest.com.  For consideration email your resume to hr@morrismidwest.com.
