We know that down time costs our customers money and we have invested significantly in on site inventory for OKUMA, TSUGAMUI and ZEISS equipment. This ensures prompt delivery of components to quickly resolve problems that may occur.  (Ziess is available in Northern Illinois only.)

For emergency service, we can ship parts within 24 hours from the OKUMA facility in Charlotte, NC or the TSUGAMI/REM Sales facility in Windsor, CT.
